Job Evaluation & Analysis

We carry out Job Evaluation and Analysis to meet the specific needs of our clients. As a part of this exercise, individual jobs are analysed and harmonized, job descriptions reviewed, career paths (Schemes of Service) developed, salary administration carried out, develop Performance Management System (PMS) incorporating Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Standards of Performance.
